• Parking limited to one car per unit
• No smoking in any room. We are required to charge a $100 fine for smoking in a room
All reservations require a deposit of one nights charge per room and are subject to a $15.00 cancellation fee for each room booked. Reservations cancelled less than 5 days in advance are subject to a two (2) night charge for July and August (peak season) or a one (1) night charge for out-of-peak season reservations. We will endeavor to re-rent your reservation with a cancellation of less than 5-days notice. If unable to re-rent your reserved room, the charges above will be charged to your credit card. Parking is limited to 1 car per rental unit. Reservations for the two bedroom apartment require a 7-day advance notice and are subject to a $15.00 cancellation fee. If a cancellation is received with less than 7-days notice then a minimum of one night charge will be assessed during off-peak season and two nights charge during July and August (peak season).
• If you are staying in an efficiency or the apartment, you are responsible for the daily cleaning of your dishes. We also expect you to clean your dishes when you vacate; if you don't we will assess you a $15.00 cleaning fee.
• Please do not assume that you have a confirmed reservation until you receive an email from The Dunes Motor Inn that your deposit has been processed and you have an accepted reservation. Should you submit erroneous information on your credit card, you will be contacted by The Dunes Motor Inn. Please call us at 508-398-3062 to resolve any problems.
